Easter plans?
What's everyone doing for Easter this year? Any traditions? Anyone traveling?

Re: Easter plans?
I have no idea what we'll be doing this year. As a kid we always celebrated with my grandparents who I'm very close with, but they moved to Texas a few years ago. Everything is still pretty much in the air right now.

Re: Easter plans?
It'll just be the 3 of us this year for Easter (like always) ALL my family lives out of state and are staying home. We'll probably dye easter eggs. But nothing too exciting.

Re: Easter plans?
I love to dye easter eggs. I was thinking of doing that today though, while I have the day off. I really want to play with my camera. I just took a look at some I took at the marina the other day. I have no idea.

Re: Easter plans?
We will have a special dinner of some kind (the dh and I) but other than that nothing is going on. My son and his wife are going to her folks house so won't be anyone to come over for dinner. Since I quit smoking and they still smoke they feel funny about smoking around me so don't come around very much any more.

Re: Easter plans?
Well, now that I'm thinking about it, it's really one of the last weekends I'll have with DH for a very long while ( he's leaving in only a few weeks!) so we should probably do something just the two of us.

Re: Easter plans?
The dh wants roast again so guess thats what we will have unless I can talk him into a nice Easter Ham. We have Roast all of the time. I think I will fix a couple of develed eggs for myself, the dh doesn't like eggs.

Re: Easter plans?
Well, we have plans now to do a brunch with some family friends and my parents provided I get off of work in time. We're pretty sure we don't have an AD to set for Target that weekend since we'll be closed on Sunday, but I still have to go in overnight on Saturday to get takedown down and if we don't finish before midnight I have to stay all night!

Re: Easter plans?
Thanks! Normally we finish in about an hour or an hour and a half, but that week's workload is huge We had a look at it today and it made me cry! Oh well, what will happen will happen.
