I've seen on some make-over shows that ppl get their blemishes removed by a laser zapping thing. Does anyone know what this is called? Any about how much it costs?

My DH got shingles a couple months ago and he has some scar that just aren't going away. He never picked at the scabs but they scarred his skin with darkish dots on the top right side of his forehead and he's really self conscience about them. I feel bad for him. If anyone has any suggestions that would be great.
