Any Ideas on A Secret Pal Exchange??

I'm running a Secret Pal Exchange at work, and Needing some cool ideas!! Has anyone even had a program like that at their job? If so what kind of things did you do? What different ways did you exchange gifts etc. ? I've never done anything like this before and I'm open to new ideas.
