I know alot of people say its abuse or neglect because the question is how could a kid get that way some people blame junk food like sugar, fast food etc .

In ways I have been thinking of this one good friend of mine who I knew as I was growing up she kept gaining weight as a kid to up til she was an adult when she went thru gastric bypass surgery , liposuction and another surgery which I can't remember what it is called.

Her parents are way healthy eaters and they taught their kids to eat healthy too as in one daughter was way skinny and the other was more overweight without a medical condition it was just the way her metabolism was .

I also believe it is to be genetics too because some of our family members have genetics to be skinny others have them to be overweight .

I do believe removing that kid is a bad thing and its going to hurt the kid more than ever and he may end up be the future trouble maker .

Sometimes people gain weight because of the way their digestive form is and they may just have to wait until they are adults to get a surgery to be able to lose it a kid can't get a surgery to lose the weight because he/she is not done growing.
