They are specificall going to watch big "power Sellers", who knows what that means for them. Keeping records and paying taxes is super important IMO. Gone are the days of just being able to make money and not worry about it on ebay!
According to what I heard they are going to be looking at those people who are selling for business not those that sell to just make a few bucks. So I would assume this to mean those who sell new stuff and drop shippers. But you have to check the state laws to find out. Some states and local ordinances require a sellers permit to even go to the swap meet. So you are best off checking with your city offices and state website just to cover your bases.
