I just have to share this story!
I used a BIN on a duvet cover set for my DD back in May. It was coming from the UK, and when it arrived, it was the wrong set

I had ordered a Disney Princess cover, and when it arrived, it was indeed a Disney Princess cover, but it wasn't quite the same as pictured

I thought 'well, good luck to me to get it fixed' but I complained anyway.
I figured it would be worth it to me to send it back (even overseas

) so that I could get the right one (the one I wanted had a more "grown-up" picture on it...and at 6, you don't want a baby bedroom

) At first the seller offered me a 20% discount to just keep the one that I had...but I didn't think that was a good enough incentive to keep something that I didn't even order.
Anyway, after a little back and forth...they not only took it back, but are reimbursing me for overseas shipping so that I can send it back

I just assumed that I would need to pay that!! Also, they looked up the amount to ship the item from Canada to the UK, and offered to send me that, but then when I took the item to the PO, it wound up costing twice as much since the item was just slightly more than the cut off weight. I never would have expected them to reimburse the entire amount, but they did!!
I thought that was a great way to make a mistake "right" so I just had to share...if you ever need bedding from directex2004 ...they rock!!
