Well, it seemed like a good idea at the time.

Default I had a great experience with a seller!

I just have to share this story!

I used a BIN on a duvet cover set for my DD back in May. It was coming from the UK, and when it arrived, it was the wrong set I had ordered a Disney Princess cover, and when it arrived, it was indeed a Disney Princess cover, but it wasn't quite the same as pictured I thought 'well, good luck to me to get it fixed' but I complained anyway.

I figured it would be worth it to me to send it back (even overseas ) so that I could get the right one (the one I wanted had a more "grown-up" picture on it...and at 6, you don't want a baby bedroom ) At first the seller offered me a 20% discount to just keep the one that I had...but I didn't think that was a good enough incentive to keep something that I didn't even order.

Anyway, after a little back and forth...they not only took it back, but are reimbursing me for overseas shipping so that I can send it back I just assumed that I would need to pay that!! Also, they looked up the amount to ship the item from Canada to the UK, and offered to send me that, but then when I took the item to the PO, it wound up costing twice as much since the item was just slightly more than the cut off weight. I never would have expected them to reimburse the entire amount, but they did!!

I thought that was a great way to make a mistake "right" so I just had to share...if you ever need bedding from directex2004 ...they rock!!

Now that's how to do business! It was smart of them to work with you... you may go back and buy from them again and you're advertising for them as well! I'm glad you had a great experience with them!
