Default Feedback ?

Is it considered rude to ask someone to leave you feedback if they haven't? I've got 3 auctions that I won that the person has yet to leave feedback for me on. I've also got a few where I've sold and they've yet to receive feedback even though I know they got it. The later ones are fairly recent though, so I'd be willing to wait a little while longer.

Anyone?

HI Jenn

I hope you get your feedback soon. I know what its like - I am an ebayer and get a bit annoyed when people dont do their bit.

I have started doing what I said I would never do ... when I sell stuff I dont leave feedback UNTIL the other person does. And that covers you too as they are more likely to say something good LOL.

sometimes I have notices people who dont sel much on ebay just dont leave feedback as they only log in when they want to buy something then forget KWIM.

I dont know what the best solution is - sorry

That's okay! I was thinking that I'd do that on future auction. However, on the ones I've currently got going, I stated that I'd leave feedback as soon as I received payment. Not any more!

I know what you mean. I do quite a bit of shopping on Ebay and I won't leave feedback until I notice the other person has. But I normally wait till I get the merchandise and then if the person hasn't given me feedback yet, I won't leave feedback until they do.,

I could care less if people do or not. My feedback is getting pretty high up there, so oneor two isnot a big deal.

But I do not think its rude to ask them to do it. Alot pf people can't be bothered with it. I leave it for Buyers as soon as they pay, or else I forget.

Sometimes I will email the buyer asking if they rec'd their package and if everything was ok. Usually that is enough for them to go ahead and leave feedback. I've also worded my confirmation emails "thank you for your purchase....please let me know your package arrived and that you were satisfied by posting feedback for me.....etc.
