********************************** Good morning ladies!!! Sorry I've been MIA... have also been off the wagon...

From Friday night to Monday, we ate out at restaurants 6 times!! I tried to be good but it's still food you have no idea what they put in it and how many Points they are...a lot of the places were small restaurants not on dwlz. Monday, I never made it on the elliptical (first time in a long time) and Tuesday, I skipped Day 4 of Body Shaping in favor of cleaning house. Yesterday, it should have been back to normal since I was back at work but I found myself munching all day... see what happens when you don't post your goals on the WEED!!
Anyway...weight is up but I'm determined to bring it back down again. I'm not giving myself a lot of time either! One week, afterall it only took me 4 days to gain it!!
Yesterday I had to leave work an hour early to get DD off the bus because they wouldn't let DH leave work (after they had already forced him to do a double). So this morning, I need to get to work an hour earlier to make up the time (DD has a play date so I can't stay later). Fortunately, DD is going to my mom's this morning because her usual morning person is having surgery so I can drop DD off as early as I want. Unfortunately, she lives far away so poor DD has to be up and dressed by 5:45!!

She's not a morning person like me (she's more like her dad) so it will be tough!!
Anyway...here's my WEED plan for today!
Water: aiming for 48 oz!
Eats: aiming to stay in 18-23 Point range
Exercise: at least 20 minutes on Elliptical; day 1 of Body Shaping Plan; walk 2.5 miles at lunch time!
