Good Morning Ladies!

Haven't had such a great week and today won't be much better because I'm going out to dinner to TGIF with my friend... which means Sangria's and appetizers. Yummy but not good for the diet...

Here goes:

Water: 36 oz

Eats: Make reasonable choice for breakfast and lunch and enjoy dinner with a friend I haven't seen in 2 months...

Exercise: Elliptical and body shaping Day 3 (still snowing/raining so no walking today either...)

Daily Goal: Avoid snacking... don't let boredom take my control of my will and desire to lose weight...

HOPE EVERYONE HAS A GREAT DAY!!
