Good Morning Everyone!!

Today is another "semi-quiet" day!! I need to finally "roll up my sleeves" and get this house clean!! I hate cleaning and boy does it show in this house. DH was joking yesterday that we need to move to a cleaner house...it is a mess...I'm just not that "into" cleaning!! DD's two friends (the twins) are coming over at 5 pm and sleeping over until tomorrow at 1 pm... so at the very least, I need to change the sheets for them!! But "really" I'd love to see my house clean so that's my goal today!!

As of this morning, I'm only 1 lb away from what I was before Christmas so I'm feeling better about reaching my December Goal...

Here's my WEED Plan for today:

Water: aiming for at least 48 oz!

Eats:
aiming to stay in 18-23 Point range

Exercise: at least 20 minutes on elliptical; day 4 of body shaping plan (I always hated day 4 so my friend altered it to make it easier on my knees)...and then lots and lots of cleaning!

Daily Mantra/Goal:
*I'm responsible for my own happiness!!
*Do not eat as an excuse to put off cleaning!!! Tend to do that A LOT!!!

Good morning all!! Hopefully I will be good today. I just woke up and so far I am doing good, lol. I took a tylenol pm last night to help me sleep a little and I am so groggy that I can't seem to wake up.

Today I am going to my friends house for a little while. Then I have a dentist appt. at 3:30 and then my BIL is coming over. My BIL really gets on my nerves and we really don't get a long but dh wanted him to come over to see what the kids got. This is the only night that we have free and he invites him over. So I gotta find some time to clean up a little too. Yesterday I scrubbed the kitchen floor and cleaned up the living room so things are still a little neater than it was.

W: NOne yet
E: None yet
E: None yet
D: None yet...lol I need to clean the guest bath, work on the laundry, and clean the kitchen up a little. Also I need to find something to make for dinner, BIL is coming for dinner too

Hello! I haven't been doing so good the last few days. If I eat healthy for a few days, I can stick with it, but once I cheat, I keep on cheating. I haven't felt good the last few days; I really think I feel better when I eat better. I'm going to try to do really well today. I'm going out of town tonight and won't be back until Monday. It's going to be hard to eat well since we will be on the road a lot, and we usually go out to eat for lunch and dinner because my Grandpa never has any food in the house. I'll just try to make healthy choices. I really need to get back to drinking my water also. I think that's what really helped me lose those three pounds I lost (which I have gained back 2 of this week.)

Water: none yet

Eats: grits

Exercise: none yet

Daily Goals: drink 60 ounces of water, pay bills, do laundry, pack for trip, try to get in at least 20 minutes on the treadmill

Morning all!!

I slept like crap last night and so did Adam. He has the beginning of a cold and guess he couldn't breath real well. I just kept tossing and turning. I am on some new meds and it has been giving me nightmares. Dh had to wake me the other night because I was screaming. Hope it goes away because the new meds work great. Can't get preggo while on them though. (its for depression) Never thought I would EVER be on any meds like this. Enought rambling.

E~going downstairs in a few. Gotta throw some laundry in first.

D~Stay happy!! I really think my weight is affecting my marriage in a big way. Dh says no, but something is wrong and that is the only thing that has changed. We don't fight, but we act like just friends.

Bad news and Good News...lol...the bad...I haven't really worked out since December 11th. I have been crazy busy here...and it has become easy to put it off--I really want to do WAAAAAY better in January. My birthday is not until the 20th--so I have some time to get that mind-set thing going again!!! (Maria, you are the 10th, right???) Anyway, the "good" news is that I am the same weight today as I was ten days ago--not quite what I was when I changed my ticker--but only a pound, and a half to go!!! I can do that. Heck I can do 50 lbs! Just will take some time--*sigh*

Anyhoo so far so good today. I am feeling good.



Water: 32 oz
Exercise: None yet
Eats: Shake w/banana (YUM!)
Daily Goals: Stay focused, get a good walk in, get some of these gifts put away--and think about dragging up the boxes for the decorations

We took down our decorations 2 days ago. The tree is still up but nothing is on it. I don't know why, but it just did not feel Christmasy this year.

E~shake, lean cuisine pizza (they are so good!) and a few swigs of Pepsi.

E~30 min treadmill, 15 min elliptical, few arm and ab exercises.
