Wednesday WEED!!

Even after a good day yesterday the scale didn't move in my favor...I don't think I'm going to make the goal I set for my birthday!! If it wasn't for Christmas and New Year's Day I would have!  I'm not going to quit though...I'm going to keep trying...who knows, maybe I'll get lucky!!!
Back at work today...it's so strange being in a different office. They put everyone on one side and just me and another co-worker (aka my "walking buddy") on the opposite end of the building in our own little offices (we're the only two who really work independent from everyone else) ... it's a little isolated. It's funny in my old job I used to have my own office and spent all day by myself almost every day for 11 years and never really thought much of it...now I got so use to having so many people around all the time...it's actually harder to concentrate!!
Anyway...here's my WEED plan for today...
Water: aiming for 64 oz (2 bottles in am; 2 bottles in pm)
Eats: aiming for one more day at low end of range (18-20 points max)
Exercise: at least 25 minutes on elliptical; Day 1 of Body Shaping Plan; walk at lunch time
Daily Goal/mantra:
* I'm responsible for my own happiness.
* Stick to water and food plan!

Good morning! I have been eating ok lately but the scale definitely is not showing it. However, not to make an excuse, af is here and I am always a little bloated in the beginnning. I have to try not to get frustrated. Yesterday I didn't have any goodies and came home, weighed myself and I was over the top. I was so pissed that I ate candy that I shouldn't have.
Today will be an awkard day. I am subbing for the woman that I replaced in the beginning of the year and then she came back and replaced me. I just want to get this day over. I see the same kids every day, but it is just in this particular setting that is uncomfortable, my old room and everything. Oh well.
We didn't get home from a friends house until 10:00 last night and I am so beat. I really need sleep.
Here's to a new day:
W: Hoping to improve. Goal: 60 oz
E: Maybe some work on the bike and elliptical today, starting out slow.
E: Bagel with small amount of cream cheese, cup of tea, salad for lunch with small amount of dressing, and dinner is a toss up.
D: Get through this day, Be kinder to my kids and dh, pick up my book for my class, get some laundry done.

Good morning! I feel terrible this morning. I have a sore throat, cough, stuffy nose, and I feel so weak. I'm trying to look on the bright side of being sick....I don't feel like eating for once!
Water: 16 ounces. Yesterday I ended up drinking over 100 ounces of water, which I never do. I'll probably do that again today, since I feel extremely thirsty.
Eats: a few bites of applesauce
Exercise: none yet. May not get around to it today.
Daily Goals: drink lots of water, and REST as much as I can with a 2 year old and a 3 month old (who are also sick)
Hope everyone else is having a good day.

Good morning everyone! Was up very early this morning because Ben was throwing up! Not fun! I think he is feeling better now though! I want the scale to go down a little bit more for tomorrows weigh in  ! At least it is going down!
Dh leaves for work tomorrow after being home for 4 weeks.
Anyways onto my weed!
Water-200+oz (I bought lemons and cut them up and put them in the freezer to use as ice cubes for a little change)
eats-smoothie
exercise-nothing yet
daily goal- don't put anything unhealhy into my mouth!

Hi girls--just a quick post today...my MIL will be here in an hour...we are taking the kids to see their G.G. (great-grandma) today. She lives about half an hour away...and we will be taking lunch. I wonder what MIL is thinking of taking...I am hoping it is healthy  It usually is. (it's when you go to HER house she gets all the crap out!!!) Anyway, I hope to get all my water in today and stick to my plan. My weight is still a little higher than I would like right now(currently +4lbs) *sigh* Hopefully by the time I join WW--if I do join...I will be at least at a decent starting point. (KWIM?)

The Y was so freaking crowded today. All those resolutions I guess. I am sure it will die back down in a month or so. I hope!!
W~about 60oz
E~shake, Taco Bell Cheesey Gordita Crunch  , and sloppy joes for supper.
E~40 min bike and 40 min weights. There were so many people in the track I didn't want to bother.
D~Have not made it over 100oz of water in forever so I need to do that!

I am feeling so good today! Well about myself! My house is a MESS! Like I can't even stand being here! That's ok though, when Cory leaves tomorrow, this house will be back to normal for once!
Update on my weed:

Update-for a snack I had a 100 calorie daily milk chocolate bar! Mmm mmm was it good! And I don't feel bad having ate it either!

Well, hello hello! It's about time I start posting my weed again! I finally joined the gym and was suppose to start this morning.. but I somehow hurt my back yesterday and didn't get to it! But I did wake up earlier than usual, at least to start getting used to waking up early, so I'm a little tired right now but it's fine.. I should survive, it's not too busy at work so far.. I hope it stays that way! So here my weed for today:
water: drink at least 1 or 2 bottles at work today
eats: so far 2 peanut butter toast (low fat and low salt peanut butter).. for lunch will have a lean cuisine alfredo pasta bowl with carrots and celery for snack, and a piece of cake for desert (bad me).. for diner.. euh don't know yet.. probably spaghetti.. cause we forgot to take something out of the freezer again.. (grrr I need recipes!! never know what to make)
exercice: none today  stupid back.. I haven't been lucky lately.. I'll explain later
daily goal: stay awake at work all evening, take care of my back as much as possible so I can get to the gym tomorrow morning!
Like I said I haven't been lucky lately.. on saturday.. I think I bumped every part of my body I possibly could. For instance.. I went to our computer room, and dso had hals way closed the door to open the closet to get something there.. of course I didn,t really see it and just open the room door and snaped my finger between the 2 door knobs, totally hurt.. couldn't move my finger for a few seconds..
a bit later I snaped another finger between my desk and he arm rest of my chair when I was trying to stand up. Later we went out, came back with the groceries.. got some back from the trunk.. and bumped my head on the trunk door.. also very painful.. later.. getting out of the kitchen.. I bumped my elbow on the corner of the wall ouch! lolll I was happy the day was over.. but didnt get any luckier after that..
I keep bumping myself everywhere since then! I'm in pain!!!!
ahhhh sorry that was sooooo long.. I think to vent a little! loll Maybe I'll stop hurting myself by accident.. and DSO laughs at me everytime! lol.. he makes sure I fine before... but still !
I hope we all stick to our weed today, good luck to everyone.. and also Happy New Year (I know I know, I'm late)

Hushpuppy- good to see you posting again. Hope your back (and everything else) feels better soon. Your luck can only go up from here!
Ashleigh- that candy bar sounds really good. I should have had one of those instead of all the chocolate covered peanuts I ate today. When I looked up the calorie content online, I thought I would die. I'm sure I'll see a gain on the scale tomorrow.
Water: 120 ounces!
Eats: grits, vegetable soup, chocolate covered peanuts, chicken nuggets, apple
Exercise: none
Daily Goals: I did get some rest today, so I feel a little better. I'm baby-sitting all day tomorrow, so hopefully I feel better on Friday so I can get some exercise in. I've definitely slacked off on that.

Carissa~Thanks..I'm definitely going to try! I was talking to someone else who goes to a gym and he said the same thing...said he tried to workout and it was a mad house...said he'll be working out at home for a couple of weeks...that the new year resolutioners usually die down within a couple of weeks. One of the reasons I stopped going to the Fitness Center was because it got too crowded...I hate crowds to begin with.
Kellie~Our friend's girlfriend had practically the same thing happen to her that happened to you...it's really eerie... There was this 4th grade teacher who left on sick leave and they didn't rehire anyone so after different substitutes they hired our friend to teach the class which she did for about 3 months then something happened with the teacher's sick leave so she decided to come back and they pulled her out of the class so the teacher could have it back and now they are making her sub...when I spoke to her this past weekend she said that they wanted her to sub this week for that class while the teacher was on vacation...she actually refused. She's waiting until her contract is up so she can get out of there even though they want her to stay as a sub. Getting a teaching position sounds very stressful!!
Denise~Sorry you haven't been feeling well!! Hope you get that rest you need and are feeling better soon!! Nice to hear that DH is taking care of you!
Ashleigh~I kind of wish my DH would leave for a while so I can get my house clean!! It's embarrassingly messy!! Those 100 calorie chocolate bars are good...I buy the pretzel with chocolate ones!
Hushpuppie~(sorry can't remember your name?) Glad to see you back!!! Try not to hurt yourself too much!!
Tanya~Hope you had fun at you G.G.'s house. Remember: It's not what they serve it's how much of it you eat!! In Weight Watchers everything is allowed. You just need to mentally figure out portions and stick to it. EAT SLOW!! I know you can do it...I've said it a thousand times!! You're my inspiration because you've guided alot of us to a heathy lifestyle (many who no longer feel they need this board because they turned their life around) so I know you can do it!!

As for me... I did relatively well. I was very, very *bitchy* when I came home from work today. Being isolated for long stretches and I hate having my back to the door as well...everything someone walked by my office I turned to see who it was by sheer reflex...my neck was sore and I was feeling very crabby. Anyway... I'm lucky I didn't eat more (did have 4 kisses).
Here's my WEED for the day:
Water: 50 oz (not the 64 I was aiming for!
Eats: 21 Points (one point higher than the 18-20 points max I set for myself!)
Exercise: 25 minutes on elliptical; Day 1 of Body Shaping Plan; walk at lunch time
Daily Goal/mantra:
* I'm responsible for my own happiness. (The bad mood messed this up! )
* Stick to water and food plan! NOPE
