I got so excited in February because I met a neighbor who was willing to walk with me early every morning. Most people are not willing to get up at 5:20am, but it worked for me. So, needless to say, I was thrilled. I loved walking with her for about the first month. Now I've realized that she's simply not someone I'd choose to hang out with, but here I'm spending almost 5 hours a week with her! I won't go into details about why she bugs me, but we just don't jive at all. This week, she's only able to walk one day but still wants to try to fit in some afternoon/evening walks. I've got a busy week so it's been easy to say no. Also, my husband will walk with me a couple days a week, so I can start tapering off with her. I guess I'm just venting! I know I need to taper off. It makes me mad that I dove right in without getting to know her better. It reminds me of dating...if you don't have a lot in common with someone or they bug you, you move on! In this case it's a little tougher. Ugh. Your thoughts are welcomed. :-)
