
everyone check in!!
I was so busy yday. Got kids off to school and did some housework, got ready for work, went to work. Came home and did laundry, cleaned the kitchen...completely cleaned it, I have clean counters again! Cleaned out the garage so that dh has a better place to park his motorcycle, and I dont mind the door being left open now. Cleaned the car too. Of course nwo its full of recycling. Living room is almost clena. Will do that in a bit! Plus bathroom and bedrooms. All before I go to work. Then it work, come home and throw something together for dinner, not sure what we are going to have yet, I need to go grocery shopping! Then its band concert tonight.
I am back to eating healthy. For a week or so I was having the worst cravings, and giving into them! Totally knocked my system out of whack. And what should have been an easy no hangover Sunday, ended up being a very bad hangover. I couldnt even move half of Sunday. Dh took my blood sugars at noon and they were down to 48, and that was after eating a very very little bit. So I had to figure out how to eat and keep it down! I barely drank Saturday night which makes the whole thing weird. I thinkmy sugars were just whacky.
