Tuesday WEED (Back on track for 2007!)

Well with the holidays behind us...I imagine we all "fell" in the water. Time to dry off and stick to dry land for a while!!  I need to lose what I've gained by the 10th!!!
Today it's back to work and school! Not looking forward to going back to work...though honestly, I've been very restless from staying home all last week. I am looking forward to getting back to my work schedule so I can stop eating all day long! The only thing that will throw me off is that my entire office has been displaced while they are doing new carpets in our office. So we will be using "temporary" offices this week... there's a Starbucks practically across the hall!! Don't even have to leave the building to get there! Hopefully, the smells don't temp me...because one of my Resolutions for this year is to cut down my coffee again!! I went from one cup to several cups a day! Which is what's messing up my water intake!!
Anyway, here's my WEED plan:
Water: aiming for 64 oz!! (4 bottles of 16 oz)
Eats: aiming to stick on the low end of my range...looking at 18-20 points for today!
Exercise: at least 25 minutes on elliptical and Day 4 of Body Shaping plan; if I can, I also plan to walk at lunch today! (I missed walking at lunch!!!)
Daily Goal/Mantra:
*I'm responsible for my own happiness!
*Stick to my time plan for my water intake!
*Stick to my food plan for today!!
2007 IS GOING TO BE A GREAT YEAR!!

Good morning! I am up bright and early this morning! I was getting too use to sleeping in and I don't like that!
Had a good weigh in this morning! The scale is moving down, woo-hoo!

eats-smoothie
exercise-none yet
daily goal- no unhealthy snacking, no pop or popcorn at the movies tonight!

Good morning! Today is the first day I am baby-sitting a 4 month old baby girl in my home. She will be here about 10 hours, so I'll be busy taking care of 3 little ones all day. Probably won't get much chance to exercise. I woke up this morning and weighed 154.5, so I am thrilled with that. I really want to reach my goal of 150 by the start of February. For the first time, I really feel like I can do this.
Water: about 10 ounces
Eats: grits
Exercise: none yet
Daily Goals: hopefully baby-sitting will go well, fit in 20 minutes on treadmill tonight, drink 70 ounces of water, no unhealthy snacking

Morning!! Did bad yesterday. We ended up going to Red Lobster for a New Years dinner. It was so good, but their bread is so fattening. I am done with the eating. My mom is coming up today and we are going shopping so I need to make a good choice for lunch!! Wish me luck!!

D~Make good choices and STOP eating when I am full!! That is one of my MAJOR problems!!

Carissa, that is my main problem too. I know I am full, but I keep eating anyway. I will also go get a snack when I'm not hungry. I eat when I'm stressed, tired, or bored.

Well we ended up going for dinner last night too--and while I did awesome there when I came home I polished off two, not even one tart(mincemeat and buttertart) that Jim's Mom had brought over NYE  I felt sooo crappy after...I just don't know what to do with myself. Anyway--the show must go on, so to speak...I can only hope that I lose some weight very VERY soon!!!!
I am thinking seriously of joining WW...just for 8 or 12 weeks...just to give me a jumpstart...so that I can do it from home again. I know I can do it--I just need a little, or big push into it. Being good is sooo hard these days...I just can't keep myself from pigging out!!!
So far so good today.
Water: 64 oz
Exercise: None
Eats: Shake w/banana
Daily Goals: To not screw up yet another day---CHEEER UP!!!! (lol)
Will pop back after lunch.
Btw, my weight was up like 3 lbs today---  Serves me right. Should have known it would catch up to me eventually.

Uggh......I have my first cold of the winter. I was just bragging the other day about how I get sick less often since I quit my job in the pharmacy, and now I'm sick. I think Abigail may be getting it too. She's been coughing all day.
Weed Update:
Water: about 70 ounces!
Eats: grits, 2 pieces of pizza, a few M&M's ( I justified the junk food by telling myself it would make me feel better)
Exercise: none yet
Daily Goals: I just want to stay awake until I'm done baby-sitting for the day.

exercise-60 mins on elliptical
daily goal- no unhealthy snacking, no pop or popcorn at the movies tonight! going to the movie soon! That popcorn smell is going to kill me!

Yup!! That's me too!! That's why I gained so much in one week!! Stressed from the holidays (family issues with DH and my family and me and the in-laws...); tired from all the shopping and running around; bored from having days in between the two holidays where I never even left the house. Honestly, I "like" the full feeling...that's my biggest problem...it gives me something else to concentrate on: "What else can I eat?" instead of everything else...
 Glad to see so many posts!! We can do it everyone!!
As for me... I had a relatively good day:
Water: 53 oz!! (was aiming for 64 oz, but that's the highest I've been in a while...so I'm pretty happy with that!)
Eats: 19 Points (was aiming for 18-20 points)
Exercise: 25 minutes on elliptical and Day 4 of Body Shaping plan; walked at lunch (not sure if we did the usual 2.5 miles because we're at a different building and didn't mark the new route...but walked for the same amount of time.)
Daily Goal/Mantra:
*I'm responsible for my own happiness! Done!
*Stick to my time plan for my water intake! Did good in a.m. but slacked off in pm!
*Stick to my food plan for today!! I changed dinner because I was cold all day and wanted something hot...plan was for a salad...but I stayed within points so I did ok.

All in all a pretty good day yesterday--but I still have yet to get my butt back on my bike, or pop in a vid...just sooo busy with the kids here at home.
