Default Thursday Chat

Happy Happy Thursday Morning!!! I've recommitted myself to this weightloss. I was just sitting on the couch looking at myself and thought dang in the last 12 + weeks of WW I pretty much just look the same. I lost 8 lbs, but then the batteries in my scale died and I haven't been back to Weight Watchers since then to see if I've lost anymore. I can see some more definition in my face (where I seem to gain and lose first) and my favorite shorts are falling off me, but they were kind of big to begin with. I have a family reunion at the end of next month and it would be sweet if I could get down to 160 by then. That would require some serious working out and eating right. I'll see what I can do...

Water: nothing yet, 100 oz goal

Eats: Grapenuts with skim milk and a banana 5 points

Exercise: Going to take the boys to the Y today to swim. 15,000 step goal (I need to put the pedometer on)

Daily Goals: Well, I bought some flowers for the garden I need to plant as well as some herbs. I would like to run to another garden center to see if I can get some more vegetable plants. I NEED to get to the post office for some stamps. Plus, I want to get started on the window treatment I am going to make for my laundry room. Enjoy my boys of course!!!
