Default Starting WW again today

Ok, so today is day 1 of Weight Watchers (again). It's my dh birthday and we are going out for ice cream with some friends, but I know they have a sugar free cone that I can budget points for.

I weighed myself <gasp> and I am 176.5. My low in January was 165. I'm excited to jump back in to posting and journalling my food/exercise. It's been a while since I've done either regularly. My gf has lost over 50 lbs on WW since last year and I'd love to lose even 1/2 that. That would be great.

Water: none yet, 100 oz to go.
Food Journal: Raisin bran with milk
Exercise: none yet. I'm going to clean the house and then run on the treadmill when C is napping.

Today is going to be a super great day!

Good afternoon Kellie! Glad to see you!

I'm doing pretty good today. Lots of motivation to get this weight off!

I've drank 16 oz water and 24 oz diet soda
Snack was carrot and celery sticks
Lunch was veggie soup.
Total of 9 points today.

Dinner will be pasta salad with chicken and veggies with crusty bread. I will have to put dressing on mine separately. Ice cream will be the low-fat cup and not the sugar-free one which has lots of fat...it will be 4 points.

I'm going to put C down for his nap and then run on the treadmill in about a 1/2 hour.

I feel pretty good about today. I didn't get on the treadmill because I was going through a bunch of clothes for goodwill and I couldn't get it all done and workout before my dh was coming home. I really didn't want him to come home to piles of clothes on the floor!

I drank 100 oz of water (in addition to my diet soda). I had an apple and a piece of whole wheat toast with spray butter for snack. I wasn't sure how to measure my pasta for dinner, but I ate a smaller portion and added the dressing separately. I also had 3 small sour dough baguettes. I also had the 4 point ice cream cup for dessert at the ice cream shop.

Hopefully tomorrow I will be able to run. I'm thinking of maybe getting up early to do it, but my dh tends to go in to the office pretty early. Either way I'm tired and going to bed!

Not too great with the food, but not too horrible.

Water: I drank about 40 oz, need to improve that.
Food: shanke in the Am, 3 60 point string cheese, 2 hot dogs for lunch, 1 grilled chicken tender with butter noodles, pnut m&m's, twinkie....yikes worst than I thought.
Exercise: In the process of clean my room (putting clothes away too!), walked 2 miles around the track and 1/2 mile with the dogs when I got home.
