Monday Weed
Noone posted this weekend? wow. I was gone, had to help at a carnival all weekend, so guess what that meant? yep... i ate carnival food. though i knew how many points i was getting and didnt go over, unfortuntely the scales show otherwise.
my WW meetings changed, they are mondays @ 12:15... so how many more pounds am i going to be? i know i am. im not going to kid myself. first off its 2 and a half hrs after my usual weigh ins, which means 2 meals eaten, AND i work out for an hr and a half monday mornings. so im not going to fool myself and think i lost this week, nope. i know better. this is the only meeting i can go to now, so i dont know what im going to do. i dont like it, i want first thing in the morning. maybe ill look around for a different city. who knows, maybe i can find one with people my age instead of all older women.
