Happy Friday ladies!! I am in a good mood which is pretty much rare these days. DH had a small surprise in his paycheck this pay period so I am pretty happy. I just registered for a class that I need for my Act 48 I still need a few more credits but it is a start. We didn't have the money so when I saw the extra in the check I thought I better do it now or it will never get done.

Dh took the day off and we are all going to the movies to see the museum movie. Ds is taking two friends (they are twins) and dd is taking a friend.

Come on ladies, post so I know you are out there. I don't want to lose anyone. Even if you don't post a WEED let us know that you are here. We are going to start out the year on the right foot. We can do this.

Good morning! I am in a good mood today as well! Back on track and ready to look and feel good! The other night, dh had friends over playing poker and they were in the basement and I could hear them telling dh how good I looked! It felt so nice!!!

eats-smoothie
exercise-gym later on
daily goal-no unhealthy snacking, gotta get back to business!

Hello!!! Can't believe the year is almost over!! Finally hit me today i think. Didn't reach any goals, but thats ok.

W~60oz

E~shake, ham sandwich for lunch with some pretzels

E~30 min bike, almost 9 miles!!, 45 min weights, and 1.5 miles on track

D~Today is friday so that means its pizza or chinese night. We got some Red Lobster gift cert. for Christmas so I would rather go there. We shall see. Dh and I are having a horrible time right now so maybe I will see if my mom wil take Adam tomorrow night and we will go to dinner and a movie. Oh, my goal, too much rambling, not to pig out whatever we have!!

Hey girls--today didn't go so great--started off really well...but nearly skipped lunch until we hit Costco...kids and Jim got pizza, hotdogs and chicken strips and fries and THAT WAS THE END OF THAT!!!!!!!

(I have no willpower...)
