My goals were:

* Leave December weighing the same weight I weighed coming in!!
DONE! Unfortunately, my weight during the month got much lower than it was on the 1st.... but on the 31st, I weighed the exact weight that I weighed on the 1st!

* Keep getting on that Elliptical every day!!! (Already missed one day-Dec. 4-but that will be it until Christmas morning--I'll let myself skip that day)!!
CLOSE! Also missed the 22 & 23 but did work out Christmas morning so I redeemed myself there!!

* Continue to do Body Shaping plan 6 days a week.
CLOSE... I think when all is said and done... I must have skipped one whole 4 day cycle which isn't too bad!

* Really make an effort to increase my water intake!
Next Month!! Don't know why this is such a problem...needed to set myself up with a schedule!!

* Make good food choices and when possible stick to the WW Points!!!
Did good at so many parties at the beginning of the month, but... December 22nd to December 31st was an eating blurr and I ate so much whenever I wanted that I forgot how to "limit myself"!!

* Enjoy every moment because I can't take it back or replay it!!
DONE!! Though seeing my little girl wanting to spend more time with her friends than me is getting harder and harder to deal with!!
