Nice to see your name on the board!! I haven't even been lurking lately... just skipped my workout this morning

so I had extra time. I know, I know...bad! I just didn't feel like it!
Sounds like you're doing great! Two dress sizes since January is impressive and you sound very happy!! That's the most important part! I only have one kid and she keeps me busy, I can't imagine three!!
For the most part I'm doing alright...working out and staying away from sweets is still and will always be an issue with me. Once I lose my momentum (keeping to one and giving up the other), I just get right back in a rut... a recent trip to the doctor has given me a reason for the sweets...I'm still having problems sleeping and she contributed it to having a lot of "stimulants" like caffeine (chocolate, oreos) and sugar (um...chocolate, oreos). So my plan is to wean off caffeine and sugar or at least limit it to smaller doses. If that's not it, the next step is a sleep specialist...it's really affecting my mood and ability so something needs to be done.
The scale is also still in my life... we have a love/hate relationship but I can't seem to let it go...
Anyway... never been on Facebook... not even sure what it takes to get in... seems to be the biggest thing though so I'll look into it!

I'm taking an accelerated Philosophy class until the end of June...then things should slow down for me in the summer and I'll try to post more often as well!! I need to get myself back into a routine! I'm still carrying around the weight I gained at Christmas time!!

I will try to check in during June whenever I can!!
