Morning All!!
Today I have a luncheon... Chicken Francaise... should be good. Will try to not eat too much dessert... can't remember what I ordered but at these luncheon's it's usually only me and the director that have dessert!

So points today are aleady going to be high... and since it's a luncheon, I won't get in my walk!
Tonight DD has dance so I won't be home to binge...seems when I have a big lunch... I'm actually
hungrier when I get home!!
Anyway... here's my plan for today:
Water: aiming for 48 oz!
Eats: Remember Portion Control!!!
Exercise: at least 20 minutes on Elliptical; Day 1 of Body Shaping Plan; also walking to and from the luncheon which is about a mile and may be taking a walking tour with one of the State Representatives which will add up if we're going to every building...
Daily Goal:
* I'm responsible for my own happiness!!
* Don't let others get me down...
(yes, DH is mad again... not something I did but my reaction to it... long story...)
