Default Exercise and Sleep - Question

I'm beginning to think that my body works the exact opposite of everybody elses on the face of the planet.

Whenever I exercise I have trouble sleeping. When I don't exercise I sleep well. In January I thought it was a fluke but after being off plan (and sleeping very well while being of plan) I am now back on and any day that I exercise I end up waking up in the middle of the night and will be up for hours.

I kept thinking it was something other than the exercise but after closing monitoring things in my life I am now certain that the sleeping problems are related to the exercise.

Any thoughts, comments or suggestions? How do I overcome this? I want to keep up with my exercise plan but can't keep dealing with sleep issues when I do.
