Lol thank you... lets keep that curse broken lol.

Im eating lunch, then Im going downstairs to do some cleaning. Its amazing what I get done when I take my meds lol. Im giving myself a 45 min lucnh... Im 10 min into it. Still eating. My upstairs is pretty much clean..the downstairs...eww.. I hate being down there lol.

Okay - in effort to stay on task, I am going to comment on what goals I made and which ones I didn't quite make (though I did pretty good).

Yesterdays goals -

10,000 steps - did it!

3 mile exercise video - did 2 1/2 miles of the 3

8 cups of water - had 6 1/2 (which is better than my normal 0)

3 servings of dairy - did it (though two of the servings were cheese, which is higher fat. I DESPERATLY need to go to the grocery store today to get WW friendly food)

Eat within WW points target - did it

diary food intake - did it

I actually think I did pretty well! I am having a hard time with food/exercise goals right now as I am super busy with work today and need to go to the grocery store. I will exercise after work and will eat what we have (some good, some not so good) before I can make it to the store tonight.

I will have to go back and read everyones posts later. Just wanted to report how things went yesterday.

Good job Jen!

Im getting my workout today cleaning house. Have to do kids rooms still. Well...Kyler is in charge of her own lol. Boys are going to help me and so is McKenna.

Got my chin up bar, dh is going to put it in the dining room doorway, right where I can watch the videos. Still waiting on the videos though. They said it was all in one pkg, so I emailed them to say that they werent in there. Waiting to see what they say.. the order that was sent to me said dvds and chin up bar, so I know they were ordered. I was excited to see them... was hoping I could actually get started instead of Tuesday. But nope... maybe later now sigh. Wish people could get orders right. Dh will do my chin up bar this weekend. I doubt I can do any chinups. guess if we put the house on the market Ill have to lose the chin up bar huh?

Today's goals ~

10,000 steps - I am not going to worry about doing the exercise video because I would MUCH rather be outside on this wonderful spring day

7 cups of water - pushing myself to get just a little bit more than yesterday

6 servings of fruits/veggies

go to grocery store to get healthy foods and get rid of the stuff in the kitchen that is tempting me (I told my hubby NOT to bring chocolate or other sweets I like in the house as it would be like bringing alcohol in the house of an alcoholic). He is on board and willing to help me however he can.

By the time he picks up my stepdaugher and gets her back, it will be too late for me to go to the grocery store and we will need to eat supper right away, so rather than having him pick up McD's, which was the norm, I am having him pick up a Papa Murphy delite pizza (less calories and fat) and toppings will be canadian bacon and pineapple. Not sure how many points that would be for a piece, but figure even small steps are good steps (and it has to be better for me than a Big Mac and fries)!

Question for anyone that can answer it - my WW book says that at least half of the water needs to be straight water. Why wouldn't crystal lite work for water intake?

Crystal light counts as half your water, but you need 3 glasses of only water, no additives. It gives the kidneys a break to not have to filter out the crystal light or whatever.
