Whew. Just got done with Plyo..the hardest workout on P90x... My abs are killing me from yday so it was interesting. I didnt realize my abs were killing me til cool down lol. I need to get me a good drink, hit the shower then get some bfast.

Dulcie - Good job on your workout. Yesterday was my off day from workouts, but today I am back to my hot yoga. I will be going to the studio in Tempe AZ. If anyone of watches the Biggest Loser, Ali from the show will be there tonight to try the Hot Yoga. I'm so excited to maybe meet her.

I ate more than usual yesterday so I need to make up for that today. I didn't weight myself today because I didn't want to see if my slip up hurt my weight or not.

That would be soooo cool to meet Sami (Ali Sweeney). I'm a big Days of our lives fan. She used to be overweight you know but through healthy eating and exercise she looks amazing now. You'll have to tell us if you meet her and what she's like.

Kara - I was actually talking about the contestant Ali. She is from Mesa Arizona. It would also be cool to meet Alison Sweeney as well. I remember watching Days of our Lives when I was in middle school and high school. She has done a great job with her weight loss as well.

Oh how cool Amy!!! She weighs less than I do now, well she did on Tuesday nights show. I can see her winning, but shes already so low in weight, she cant possibly pull off a big # at the finally. If you see her, I want to know what she looks like! Her shoulder bones were showing so much on Tuesday, I just cant imagine her any skinnier.

Went out to eat with dh. Its kind of a nice date for us throughout the week. Usually we do Fridays, but hes got conference calls all day. So we went out today. I ordered a chicken caeser salad. I sent the first one back because it was completely covered, drenched in teh dressing. I mean the lettuce was wilting underneath it all. It was gross. I still wasnt happy witht eh second but just scrapped off the excess dressing. Ill not get that again. I was full, but 30 minutes later was hungry again. IM a bottomless pit right now lol. These workouts have definitely increased my appetite. Dh wants me to go all 90 days with no alcohol. Hmmm... dont see that happening lol. Yes there was a time I didnt drink. We go out every 2 weeks with some friends. This past week I only had a few shots and danced my rear end off lol. We wont be going out next weekend, well maybe. We have a reenactment but we are coming back Sat night. So we shall see lol. Depends on how late we are and how tired we are. But I like having a drink here and there, helps get the shyness out of me!

Yeah, I can't believe how good Ali looked. When she weighed in on Tuesday, she weighed the same as me 146 pounds. Since she lost 11 pounds, she now weighs less than me. She still has a small amount of fat to lose in her thighs, but that is it. Her face looks sunken in and yeah, her shoulder bones were really sticking out. I really want her to win, but I don't want her to get too skinny. I will have to see how she looks.

I don't drink very often but it can help me not to be as shy also. Since I am TTC, I have cut out the alcohol, but I want a glass of wine, now and again. I hope that you stick with the program and see great results.

Well, I think I am finally back. Sorry, I know you have heard that before. Seriosly this time! So far today has been good. Could only do 20 minutes on the elliptical then I pooped out. Went to the Y twice last week and it kicked my butt too.

I see there are some new ladies here. Hello there! I am Carissa. Been a member for a pretty long time, just been mia since becoming pregnant with Megan. She is here now and over 3 months old now, so I am long overdue.

Dulcie~I have not caught up on any threads yet, but did read yesterday. Thanks for posting that Activity points calculator. That is great. I always gave myself 2, but can get 5!! I usually try not to use them though.
