Unable to log on to the board from home??

Hi, I have been posting to the DIS 06 message board.
Currently, I am able to log in and post when I am at work but not from my home pc. When I attempt to log in from my home pc, it will say welcome and start to process the log in and then the message below will come up. Should I be able to log into 2 different locations? (home and work) Or can I change it so I can log in from home?
Can anyone help?

have you tried to clear your cache at home?

I have tried that and I am still unable to log in from home.
Anything else? Help??

I am not able to get on very much from work...

Empty your cache, empty your cookies, run a spyware/adaware program, check your internet security settings and run it to check for viruses.

The other thing might be that there's a set of banned IP's from here that you're falling into, and it catches you on the home computer, whereas it doesn't get you at work, since the IP's and probably the providers are different.

If none of this works, check with your ISP and get them to see if it's coming from their end for some odd reason.
