Default Is there anyway...

to limit that pop up ad asking for our opinion?

Everytime I open a post, it pops up...no matter what I do. It's getting very frustrating. On top of it popping up, it slows the board down.

I understand you need to do advertising and such...but after seeing that pop up at least 30 times today...I'm sick of it.

I've gotten it once so far. Oddly, popup blockers didn't catch it.

Well, you could get a pop up blocker. Just do a google search for a free one. Also, you might possibly have some spyware inadvertantly installed on your computer. Try downloading Ad-Aware from www.lavasoftusa.com. They have a free version that works well and a professional version you can buy. You might be surprised at all the spy stuff on your computer.

Kathy, I don't have any problems with pop-ups anymore. However when I did.......I downloaded the google toolbar. It had a pop-up blocker and worked well.

I'm sorry that's all I know to suggest. I'm not very PC literate

i'm not getting any pop ups here so i guess your computer might be infected with spyware which are opening pop ups. Like someone above said - use Ad Aware to remove it, it works really well.
