Recipe of the Month!

Kim's Potato Salad

What you need:
Peel and wash about 5 large potatoes
4 eggs boiled and peeled
1/2 cup mayo
2 tbs. sweet relish
1 small sweet onion chopped finely
paprika/salt/pepper

Boil potatoes until tender when poked with a fork. Dice potatoes. Mash eggs. Combine potatoes, eggs, and other ingredients. Garnish with sliced eggs, paprika, and a sprig of parshley. Chill and serve.
