My DH has recently created an original recipe for mustard-based BBQ sauce (in the South Carolina style) and had it professionally produced and bottled. It tastes great on pork (as well as ribs, chicken, beef, etc). It also serves well as a condiment (I've had it on hot dogs and hamburgers) and a dip for pretzels (plain and mixed with cream cheese). I'm sure there are many more uses we haven't yet come up with!

Anyhow, if you like mustard-based BBQ sauce or if you want to give it a try, this is for you! (as long as you like spicy flavors...it's got a kick!)
