Hi everyone,

My name is Angela and I am PhD student at the School of Pharmacy, University of Oslo, Norway. I am currently carrying out an anonymous survey and partnering with the team at OTIS (The Organization of Teratology Information Specialists, Home Page | Organization of Teratology Information Specialists) and Motherisk (The Hospital for Sick Children - Motherisk), in Toronto.

We are inviting pregnant women and new moms (with babies younger than 6 months old) to share their thoughts by completing an online survey about your views on medication use in pregnancy. This international survey is completely anonymous and will take about 20-25 minutes to complete. Among the participants we will be having a random draw and one lucky mom will win a $500 gift card!
