Still Waiting...
So we're still waiting on AF so that DP can do a second test (EFORT) to find out if her ovarian reserve is really too low to use her eggs for an IVF. I expect her to get her period this weekend. The test is on Day 3 and 4 of her cycle. (Day 3 b/w, then 300 iu of Menopur- wow- and b/w 24 hours later).
So I thought we'd be able to get into the RE before Xmas and if need be- get on the waiting list for donor embryos or eggs. And then, at least mentally, I'd feel good about things! Well it turns out my RE is going out of the country from 12/21 through 1/2! I mean, I am definitely happy he's getting a break and he definitely deserves it, but now I have to wait even longer! AAAAAAHHHHHHH! We made an appointment for first thing on the 3rd. And I know if we do donor embryos it may be 6-7 months!
It seems like I'll be waiting for ever!
