Sabrina, just hold out on testing for as long as you can. I have been really bad about that and have tested early way too much. It is possible to get "false negatives" if you test too early. It's less likely to get a "false positive". Usually, if you test and get a positive, you are definitely pregnant. What people usually consider "false positives" is when you have a chemical pregnancy, which is a very very early miscarriage. Most of the time, people don't notice these because they are not testing early to find out if they are pregnant. Typically, AF arrives still on time, or maybe a couple of days later than normal and it's never detected. I hope this situation never finds you.
