so just out of curiosity how many of you used doner sperm and conceived girls? I have heard/read that frozen sperm tend to produce way more boys than girls.

We had a girl. I didn't know that girls were less common with frozen donor sperm--makes sense though.

BTW I am new to the group--first round of IUI later on this month. Good luck to everybody!

We're haing a boy and a girl but I don't think we should count b/c we did IVF. They directly injected the sperm into the egg, so it's luck more than anything else in our case!
