Well, I just got a call from the nurse that I do not really care for, and she said that all four embryos are dividing. When I asked about how they looked, her comment was “well, they really only quickly look and make sure that they are dividing at this point and they are.” I am not so sure that this is true. I put in a call to see if the nurse I like can call me back because she said that she was going to talk to the embryologist to see if he can give her more information. I just need to know. So, the transfer is set for 2:30 tomorrow afternoon. This is rather ironic in that it is the same day that my daughter, Alexandra graduates from high school. It was originally going to be on June 3 (Toni’s birthday), but they usually only do 5 day if they are doing PGD. As I said before, they do not do PGD on less than 5 embryos because the procedure alone can cause you to lose some of them. I will write more later if I get any more information.

Cheryl- I hope you are able to talk to the embryologist and get more information. At my clinic, the embryologist always calls himself which is kind of nice.

Uggh! I'm sorry the transfer will be on the same day as your daughter's graduation. I know the added stress won't help. I'm thinking good thoughs for you and your embies!

Cheryl - We didn't get any info on our embryos either until right before the transfer. We thought that was kind of weird, but I guess that's just the way they do it. I'll be thinking of you tomorrow at 2:30
