Default ER on Wednesday!!!

So I had b/w and ultrasound today. I had 12 follies (two were at 20, a couple at 18, 19 and the smaller ones were 13 and 14- He's not sure if these smaller ones will catch up or not). I will trigger tonight for Wed.'s egg retrieval. I'm excited but extremely nervous!!! A million questions are rolling through my brain: Are they big enough? Are there enough of them? Did I eat well enough to improve their quality? Have I spent enough time with relaxation and acupuncture? AAAAAAAHHHH? Too many what if's!

I keep reminding myself that I've been diagnosed with nothing, that I eat healthy anyways, that relaxation and acupuncture have helped, and that my doc has a 63% success rate with IVF in my age category. But still... I was counting on having another couple of days to mentally prepare. And now I have to do sub plans for Wednesday! What fun!

So the ER is Wednesday, and we are doing a 5 day blastocyst transfer on Monday!

I'm so happy for you!! Of course it's both exciting and stressful, especially since you planned for it to occur later. Prioritize what absolutely has to be done, work on it, and then RELAX!

I know, I know, it's not easy to relax! There's nothing you can do now about certain aspects of this cycle (e.g., how well you ate), so try not to dwell on that part. Your are on your way!
