Here is how it works:

2. Then go through a bunch of ads in the registration until you finally see a list of offers to do. If you do 1 offer, then you can invite other people to do offers too.
3. If you get 5 people to do offers off of your referal, you get an IPOD.

I think the Blockbuster add is the best, it is a 2week trail and you get 2 free movies!!
