The houses are the biggest concern for Alfredo. They were built in the 20's or so...at the time no bathrooms...so they were later put in and sometimes in some crazy places.

Living in Southern CA and working in the building industry...we can get the newest items and such...the houses pretty rustic, even though it's hard to tell from the pictures...

After looking through the pictures...these are the better lots...there are no HOAs there and people have cars...toilets...junk in their yards.
