Help! My 3 1/2 year old daughter has been potty trained for over a year! Lately, she has been holding her poop and refusing to go for 2 days or more. I have tried bribery, talking to her ("you will feel so much better") etc to get her to go and she keeps waiting until she is so uncomfortable and miserable that she finally goes!

Please help if you have any ideas. My normally fun energetic daughter turns into a scary angry kid every two days or so. I know you aren't supposed to use candy as a incentive but I may just have to resort to it! I feel so bad for her; she must get so uncomfortable.
