Default Peeing while standing?

I'm just wondering a few questions:

1) What age should I introduce my son to pee standing? Should it be done at the same time as beginning, or after he's mastered sitting?

2) Should urinals be introduced at the same time as toilets or later?

3) When starting, should he pull down his pants all the way, or keep them at a "normal" level? The reason I ask this is because when he starts first grade, I don't want him exposing his butt while at the school's urinal. Especially since we're trying to teach him that penis and butt and all are private, it seems a little contradictory to have him whip it all out to pee.
