I Need Help!

Hi there...my name is Diana & I have a 3 yr. old son, Lucas. He has been doing so well with his potty training. He never has accidents except he will NOT poop on the potty. I don't know what to do!!! He wears big undies all of the time except when he has to poop he will put on a pullup. So, we moved the pullups and now he will hold it until he can no longer and then he just poops in his big undies. I don't know what to do and desperatly need help. Please offer suggestions...any and all will be appreciated. TIA!!!
