Default I need advice!!!!!

My daughter just turned 3 in June. Here recently we have just started the whole potty training process. But I feel that I have totally messed up my daughter's whole potty training process. I have had her in pull-ups for a while now, over 6 months, basically using them as regular diapers. Why I have done this I have no idea, the thought had never even crossed my mind. So now my daughter just thinks of her pull-up as a regular diaper and goes in it like a diaper. So, my daycare provider suggested going straight in to panties and she helped my daughter the other day at daycare. She went all day long without an accident, used the potty chair and didn't even have an accident during her nap! But, once she got home everything changed. She pooped in her panties twice, then the next morning had 2 accidents with pee and one with poop. I have no idea what to do now. I can't use the pull-ups on her cause she just treats them as regular diapers and she knows that too. Another problem she has had ever since she has been born is constipation. She has been on different types of medicines to help her poop. For a while she would hold it in for days, not wanting to go, even in a pull-up, because she was afraid of it hurting. But now she is on MiraLax and goes every day, multiple times. I feel like I am a terrible parent for confusing my child with the pull-ups and I have no idea what to do to help her understand the whole potty training process. Does anyone have any ideas/advice??
