Default Tri-Care and Prescriptions...

Ok so am I the last one to know about this.. After my first Doc's appt I went to picky up my WelbutrinXL and it was $22.00 for the prescription.?
?? and my Femara Was $9.00.. Its not like its gonna break me but hell i was expecting 6.00.
Does anyone know when they changed it ?? And if there's a way to find out how high the deductables go now?

Thank you so much,

Baby dust to all

Shelly

was it a post dr? if you have scripts filled on post NO copay should be 3-6 co pay otherwise .. some drugs like cancer treatments can run more .. the femra sounds about right always fill scripts on post!! or the closest military installation even a national guad post with a pharmacy!

active army spouses should not have a deductable .. for any meds~ national guard and reserve spouses do~ you may want to mak sure tricare hasnt messed up your status in the computer! they did that to us once and had us on tricare east standard!!! they refused alot of treatments .. we got back on tricare prime west! sheeeew thank goodness .. i havent paid for a perscription in atleast .....shsssseh? 6 years? unless i was out of town! so look into it.. when you get your next statement of service.

I know that on a rare occasion there can be a charge. If i had decided to get the bc patch way back, they told me there would have been a co-pay at the on-post phar. Since I decided agaist it I have no idea how much it would have been. We are active duty.
