Ladies I'm sitting here with my mouth ........its just wide open.

I got a BFP!! I'm only telling you ladies because if I post again in two more days saying false alarm due to a faulty test you'll be here for me while I cry all day and night.

I had just posted earlier that I bought some online test wouldn't test until they got here. BUT I had some left over so I figure why not use'em up so I won't be tempted to test this weekend when there's a good chance I'll show a faint positive at least.

The one I have now is a faint positive but at 8dpo...........I'm dumb founded. I called First Response Early Results people and they asked me to PLEASE tests 5 days before my period ONLY....lol...and I guess wait to see if it gets darker before confirming any pregnancy.

They are right. I could be catching the tail end of a m/c or a huge cyst. So, I'm going to call my doc up later this morning to see if I can at least get a beta scheduled just to make sure. I mean if it is an ovarian cyst brought on by the Clomid I want to know.

But in the mean time.........BFP!!! I'm still in disbelief!!!

Some one PLEASE pinch me, slap me, kick me.....some thing!!! I must be dreaming!!!!

What was your protocol this month? Clomid or injections? Did you trigger to ovulate? You did IUI right?

Major Congrats I hope everything works out and it remains positive.

Look into getting a cerclage maybe that would help prevent a m/c in this or future pg. I've totally invested my time into watching Special Delivery and Birthday on Discovery Health Channel logged 1000s of hours on this show and maybe it will help bring you to full term.

Kelly- Thanks, Kelly. The only thing I did differently this cycle was clomid days 2-6 100mg. And I had to wait to ovulate on my own since they didn't want to give me the trigger shot due to the large amount of mature and soon to be mature follicles I had on cd11. I did the IUI on cd13 and ovulated cd16. So, if this is a true pregnancy and it STICKS, it'll be a miracle. I'm so scared right now.

I think Friday morning should generate a stronger (+). If not, I'll be so sad.

Shawna-I'm so addicted to that channel and show not to mention Birth Day and a Baby Story on TLC. And I have thought about a cerclage and progesterone shots.

Lets hope this is the real deal. I mean really BFP at 8dpo.......either this is my lucky day or I've gone mad and just seeing stripes everywhere....


Anyhoo, I've decided to do some thing for the holiday weekend and the 4th instead of hiding out in the house the whole time. Gonna go spend time with my friend and her daughter who turns 3 next month while her DH is out of town. That should keep me busy from.

I remember when I finally did find out the first time being pg that I totally spaced out on everyone's name. I'm really excited for you and hope everything works out. It makes me have hope that there is still a chance for me after hearing good news.

And for me it is looking like my early celebration is getting rained on. The test strip is bone negative now. I even took it apart to see what it looked on the inside and it still had portions of a pink line but it was more of a diagonal line and you could only see it on the back side of the test strip so I'm like---This Sucks. But I hadn't gotten too worked up over it yet because I was so weirded out initially by it. I wanted to believe it SO.

I still feel OH SO pregnant. That I can not deny but who knows what's going on inside my body now. I've been cramping and having sharp pains to my left over all day. That's even weirder because my right ovary hurt then most during ovulation.

I'll know for sure on Friday what the deal is.......if I can find it in my heart to trust another test strip again........ .........my laughter is tinged with insanity.
