I posted this in the food allergy recipes board but I think this is where I want to be.

Hello everyone! My name is Melissa. Im a 30 yr old SAHM to 3 gorgeous little ones. Hubby and I have a 6yr old daughter, 2yr old daughter and a 1 yr old son. All 3 are amazing! Our 2 yr old daughter has food allergies which in turn causes severe eczema. She is allergis to peanuts, milk, egg whites, wheat, soy and oat (not tested for this.... all we know is that oatmeal really breaks her out!)

So, I found this board not too long ago before she got her blood test (allergies) done and we already knew she had a milk allergy. I was searching for safe foods and came across a couple threads here that had a list of basic everyday grocery store safe foods. So Im hoping that maybe someone could help me with a list for ALL her allergies. Hubby and I feel overwhelmed by the list of foods she cannot have because of the fact that these are basic staples in many (most) foods. Can anyone help?

There's not a list and if there were, it would be short. I found it easiest to find wheat/gluten free foods and go from there. Ilana is dairy, soy, egg, wheat, tree nut, peanut, shellfish, fish, and sesame free. She sticks to very basic foods, plain veggies (or we use fleischmann's on it, meats, rice pasta w/ tomato sauce, fruit snacks, popsicles, and she's still on Neocate Jr formula.
