it's not good news. i went to the er yesterday @5pm and didn't get home till 130am. they ran bloodwork, did an pelvic exam, and did an ultrasound. my cervix is closed and thick, my hcg level is 300,000 which puts me between 4-6 weeks prego and i should be 11 weeks. they told me that it looks like a very early pregnancy or a blighted ovum because they do see 2 sacs but no baby or fetal pole. they offered me pills to take to induce the m/c or told me i could keep my appt tuesday and see what the u/s says then. i can't take pills and know that i'm killing a baby i would rather wait until tuesday if there is no change then i will schedule a d&c if needed. i hoping that when the u/s is performed on tuesday they see a baby. i really confused, i have never had a blighted ovum. there has always been a baby with aheartbeat and then no heartbeat. i just very confused, sad, and don't know what to do. my fiance says is's my choice becuase it's my body and it's growing inside of me and that he will stand by whatever decision i make. i dtill have no cramping but the bleeding is more frequent and went the did the internal and u/s with bloodflow there is active bleeding. so not sure how much longer if any i will be prego. thanks for all your support, it means a great deal to me![
