Icon1 OT: Back from Gabes appt.

Hello all,
I just got in from taking Gabe for his MRI and he is still sleeping. He woke up for a bit at the hospital and then again for a minute when I carried him in and his tummy is hurting so he is resting. I have chicken noodle soup and sprite on stand by. Well, he was a little fussy this morning b/c he had to get up early. His appt was at 7:15 and we live 1&1/2-2 hours away. He was mad when we got there but got over it pretty quick. Gabriel likes shots, but they had to put an IV in his hand and that made him nervous. He wanted to see what it was. After she got it in and put the first medicine in it, she let me carry him into the MRI room and I held him till it was time for the next ones. Then he started getting tired and a little more nervous. He doesn't remember ever having an IV and the machine started to make him nervous. He gave him the other medicineand he was out like a light. After it was over (I stayed in there with him the whole time) we wheeled him out and waitd about 30 mins. I told her he would probably sleep quite a while so she got a wash cloth and wet it with cold water and dabbed him with it. He woke up but he couldn't even do anything. He was answering questions though. The Dr. said he would probably comearound by 12:00 noon, but he is still snoozing and as I said when he has woke up he said his tummy was hurting. They said it was okay for him to sleep, just keep an eye on his breathing. His breathing is fine though. Anyway, guess I'll go, I didn't get much sleep last night worrying. Oh, we should know something in a couple of days. At his last visit to his neuro, they said if we hadn't heard anything in 2 days to call...
Thanks for the thoughts and prayers,
