Is black cohosh helpful when ttc a girl or boy. Why exactly are these pills listed as supplements to take when ttc a girl. I 've got all the others and just wondered if anyone had more info on these pills and why they are supposed to help get a girl! Thanks!

I think black cohosh is used for overall fertility. SO is vitex. I used it and it shortened my ovulation and overall cycle by 12 days!! that gave me way more chances in a year to conceive!

I think its good for overall fertility, and to possibly stop miscarriage=)
