I'm back!!!!

Oh my gosh, Our cruise was WONDERFUL!!!! We got back yesterday afternoon and I am already thinking about planning the next one. We had a great time. Grand Cayman was beautiful. We went snorkling to two reefs. We saw a six foot Tarpon and my brother freaked, he thought it was a shark! My poor Dh got food poisoning there from some conch fritters I told him not to eat, but it only lasted a couple of hours and than he was fine by the early evening. Cozumel was fantastic!!!! The company, Firestone, that sent us all on the trip,(my brother actually paid for one of us to go) rented out a private island for all of us. They met us on the dock with Coronas and Rum Punch, I unfortunatly could only have a bottled water. They really pampered us and we had a great lunch. After the island we got in some shopping. Belize was my favorite though. We went to the Myan ruins. They were remarkable. Belize is an amazing country. They speak English. They have all boy and all girl schools and they still allow spanking in the schools!!! The places that these poor people live is heart breaking. Ten people live in these tiny shacks that look like they would blow over if someone sneezed. They were very nice, friendly people though, and I didn't see a single one begging for anything. We celebrated our 10th anniversary on Sat. and my DH got me a pair of diamond earrings!!! We had agreed not to buy each other anything and to use our money for the trip, but he had been saving for several months to buy them for me. He even stashed away a bonus check to get them. He is an amazing man!!! I really don't deserve him. I will post some pictures from our trip when I get the camera back from my Dh. Hope you all had a good week, and I am going to try to catch up on all the posts now!!
