Hi Ladies, I'm back for my two months of TTC #3

Hello again ladies,

I've been waiting for my next TTC Month to arrive. As I mentioned before I am TTC my last and hopefully "PINK" baby. As the Chineese conception chart proved 100% accurate for my two boys, I'm pining all my hopes on that. It's now June and I have two months of Pink chances before I have to miss a month.

I was a little jealous this month when I found out a friend of mine is expecting twin girls. I'm really happy for her, but I so wish it was me! How are you all coping?

I have also started taking cranberry suplements and plan on withholding out on O as well. I'm testing with OPK's right now just to see when I'll be Ovulating.

Anyone else giving it a go this month or any BFP's that are awaiting results?

Hi there, just wanted to say that I am in the same boat. I have three boys, and this is my last attemp. I have already O'ed this month so lets hope. The only thing I did was bd 4 days before Oing. I have a high chance for twins, but I really do not want another set, and the way that my body works I think we are ok on that this month.

Our cycles are close I think, I am about to O any day now. I'm still taking the cranberry supplements and making sure I don't O whilst DTD. I hope it works for us both!

Oooh twins would be lovely! if I was honest, I personally would love twin girls this time as it's my last, so the best I can do is cross my fingers and hope for the best. If I don't get a girl, I will also love another boy. Everyone around me is having babies and I'm getting so broody.

When do you plan on testing? I'm probably looking at around 3rd July. Sending you lots and lots of

I am an obsessive tester. I just bought two early tests today and will test in the morning. Crazy I know, seems like I like to throw money away.

Thanks vickey! Did you test today? I'm excited for you, keeping my fingers crossed.

I unfortunately have run into some problems, I've been testing with ovulation strips awaiting the right time to start dtd. I am on CD18 today and I only got a faint line today. I'm hoping that tomorrow will be darker, even if it is, that still gives me a short LP and not enough time to implant. I bought some B6 vitamins to take once I ovulate, but I don't know if that will work. I'm going to try though, I only have this and next month before I have to wait till September.

Hi there, well, I think I might have had implantation spotting yesterday, sooooo lets hope for the best. I am thinking we must be the same age as for me it is also June, July then skip Aug. then try again in sept.

I do not know anything about OPK's. I have never used them, just go by my physical signs. I also do not chart. I tried that once when I was trying for my first, but I was just not good at it.

Hi Vickey,

I'm 38 this year and the way the chart works for me is that I need to look at 38 and then add a year, so I'm currently looking on the year for 39.
I didn't get a + on the opk's I was using, and started to worry. I finally realised that my LP is probably too short, and I could be suffering from Luteal Phase Defect, so I've started to take B6 tablets to try and rectify the problem (if it works). I'm a little down this month because of it, I don't think we could have concieved. Even so, I'm still hoping deep down inside that I'm wrong, only time will tell. I'm going to hold out till monday to test, but I'm putting my odds at about 15% for this month.

How are you doing? any symptoms/signs? when are you testing? I'm keeping my fingers crossed that you get a + this month! Good Luck sending lots of PINK everything your way!

Hi there, I am bummed as well. I am on 16 dpo, no AF and no positive. Soooo, kinda worried as well as just plain bummed. I guess if she doesn't come today or tomorrow I will call the dr. and see what is up. I have not heard of the Luteal Phase Defect before. Hopefully it will all work out for you within this next month!! What does B6 do?

Hi Vickey,

Well I was due yesterday! (30th June) and still no AF today

I am feeling crampy as usual with an occasional pain in my back and have sore boobs, but I get that every month anyway so it's no sign. I could test now! but to be honest I'm a little scared as I don't want to see that

I'm going to leave it a couple more days and IF she hasn't arrived I'll test, probably Thursday.

The B6 Vitamin I'm taking has been effective to extend the length of time between Ovulation and AF, so that it's long enough for the body to prepare the uterus linging to make the environment better for the egg. If it's too short, it is not able to prepare the linging in time for the egg and also helps regulate cycles. I'm only on 50mg (1 tablet) once a day for now, I'll see how it goes I may increase the dose when AF arrives.

How are you? has AF arrived yet? did you call the dr? I'm hoping you've got some good news!!!!

Hello again Vickey,

I miscalculated, I realised I was due AF yesterday (2nd July) and not on Monday! I guess it was wishful thinking on my behalf. Right on schedule AF arrived with a vengence, lots of crampy pains and general feeling of YUK. I don't know why but it's really hit me hard this month, I'm feeling really low right now, I have a few other issues as well and just feel like anything and everything is going wrong (I'm getting off my pity box now).

I hope you are doing better? it would be really good to get some good news. If you get a minute, let me have an update.

Sorry, no good news here either. Af showed up last Sunday. 16 dpo. I am not sure if I am going to try this month now or not. Same as you, we have some issues going on here as well. Oh who am I kidding, I will at least try. If you need to talk you can private messge me. I don't check on this board too much right now as I am waiting for oing to do anything and for some reason I only obsess after oing.

Hi Ladies- I'm new to this forum but it sounds like we are all in the same boat! I have to wonderful boys (12 & 8) and would absolutely love for our next one to be a girl. We have tried to fill the girl void in our life by spending lots of time with our goddaughter, but after watching a friend's baby girl for an extended weekend we realised that we would really like to try one last time for our own! We TTC'd last month with a BFN and are currently trying to patiently wait to test again this month! We have been following the shettles method for timing and according to the chinese charts we are good to go this month (not a big believer in astrology, but it proved to be correct for both of our boys!)

The waiting is absolutely driving me nuts this time around and I'm worried that I will feel this anxious even after we get a BFP waiting for the ultrasound! Does anyone have any tips on learning how to be patient through this process?
