....My name's Angela, Im 25 and have 2 children, both boys, ages 5 1/2 and 2 months. Although Im not ttc # 3 just yet, but when we do, it will be a attempt. I know your suppose to right after af ends up until the 3 day cut off, but are you suppose to on the 1st day of the 3 days and then stop or are you suppose to go the whole 3 days without and is ovulation considered one of the 3 days? Thanks
Hello angela, welcome to our board!!! Wow! What a question. I THOUGHT that with a three day cut off it was supposed to be BD'ing up until three days before "O". I always took it to mean three full days before "O" day so that could actually mean 4 days I guess. Now I'm confusing myself!! I have three boys and had an "unplanned" three day cutoff in Jan. But now that you have asked that question it might have been a two day cutoff. I'll have to go back and read my shettles book again and see if he mentions anything about it. There are some very smart women here that will probably give you a better answer. I hope I didn't confuse you. Anyway, welcome. We are glad to have you here!

Angela! I have no idea about your question because I do NOT get pg unless we "dtd the day I O. I'm old and my husband is older so I suspect that has something to do with it. I would try 4 days before O and if after a couple of months (you're nice and young), then try a 2 full day cutoff (BD up to 3 days before O).
