Default Is anyone in the 2WW?

Hi all,

I posted here several weeks ago but then the site was down for awhile. I'm TTC #3 and praying for a little boy. I just ovulated yesterday (I think). Is anyone else in a similar boat? I'm going to be obsessing over this until April 9ish, thought it would be fun to obsess with others.

I used Shettles method for timing, drank lots of green tea, sort of followed the boy diet, and even consulted with the chinese calendar (March is boy for me).

My Chart It is a little dodgy...we'll see what temps pop up!

Hope there are others out there. I'm feeling the need for positive energy!!

Hi Cheryl! I'm here and officially in the 2ww. We are trying for a girl and time this correctly. We took some of the supplements suggested and trying to stay away from O.

I entered the 2ww just today. Great luck to you on that little boy!

Hi Elizabeth,

Good luck to you! What a big, beautiful family you have! I should have consulted you on the art of having boys! I'll send you my pink vibes if you send me some blue. I had a big temp dip today at 8dpo. Could be implantation but it was a really big dip so I'm a little concerned about AF showing her ugly head. Argh! Take care and keep me posted.

Cheryl - I hope today was your big implantation dip Your chart looks fine to me, and I hope you get that healthy little boy you want so much. We're trying for a girl (even though DH doesn't know that's what we're doing ) - I'll see if the O+12 method with calcium/magnesium supplements and lots of cranberry juice does the trick. I'm waiting to O for now - hope you get that BFP soon!

Good luck Cheryl!! Here is some blue dust for your (hopefully NEAR) future.

I think that dip is a GREAT sign...too far away from AF IMP. Stay positive.

Hi Gals,

Thank you both for all the positive vibes. My temp was back up today. I was saying all sorts of prayers this morning with that thermometer in my mouth! Crazy.

Stephanie, your plan sounds great. I used to be a heavy cranberry eater (Craisins) and drinker. I'm thinking it helped me with my two girls. Also, I'm convinced my second girl was O+12. Best of luck to you.

Let me know when you both are testing. Sunday is the big day for me. Since I'm taking progesterone, FF and my doc told me to wait the full 14 dpo. I'm traveling for work the rest of the week so I'm hoping that at least takes my mind off wanting to test!!

Take care and keep in touch!!

Cheryl,
You mentioned that you're taking progesterone. Are you taking the suppositories (sp?) or in another form? How did you find out that you needed it? The reason I ask is because I think I'm going to need some this time around.

Hi, sorry about the delayed response, I was traveling this week. I take a progesterone suppository (prometrium). Since I've miscarried twice, my doc wants me to take it "just in case." I'm also taking a baby aspirin and increased folic acid. I have two more days until I test. Hope all is going well with you!!
